This semester is all about exhibit design and commercial design ~
For the commercial design final yrs project, v need to do a local brand campaign. This FYP need a lot $ tat y b4 v chose for the brand, v keep on asking for the sponsorship.. We chose munchy as our PLAN A and gardenia as our PLAN B, bcoz these company still giving us chance to sent the proposal….After v present our concept to our Mr Rizz, v found tat gt another group is doing munchy too..so MR rizz ask us go ahead on our PLAN B …Gardenia! V ask for sponsorship from gardenia,bt Gardenia reply us they hav another event need to sponsor…IShhh…I think they rejected us is bcoz I din mention how much loaf bread v need and din write well in the proposal…=( HAIZ, no sponsorship so gona buy the bread ownself.…Since Mr rizz ask us go ahead on Gardenia , so V start doin the promotion item … after she had read the profile of gardenia ,our lect MS JAC ask us, do u sure Gardenia is local brand?? ><” ..we like OH SHIT!!! If not a local brand den v need to change everything ~ Therefore, v trying hard to find out the answer..call gardenia to ask for it and search from web … Finally v proved tat Gardenia is local Brand! =)
big big thin sponge for making our gardenia mascot...i took bak the sponge to make out the shape of bread..tot easy bt nt ....at 1st i do til quite mang zhang~ hard to measure on a big sponge, hard to cutand failed to sew by machine...bt fix all the problems and done the shape of bread ~
too big so it is quite hard to handle...and i clip all the side by using clothes racks to maintain the shape of bread....
v use alot of photo for our promotion items...and v having a lot fun when taking those photo =D
Coz waiting for the packaging done, so v go central market late....and we wait for the LAST bus after v gave the design to the ppl for doing the badges as our one of the souvenir items...

Since want ppl com to our events so at 1st v need to tell ppl about tis...so v do some announcement by enter every lecture hall...it quite fun too !!!
However v busy doin Gardenia things...v aso busy wif out prepective drawing too... busy busy life....almost everyday gather together at hostel to do our work.....since v busy and lazy go out for dinner so call delivery is the faster way =D
By doing this Exhibit design project, our group had come out 2 different concepts, this is bcoz I suddenly suggest a new concept wif my member... … after I told them, they giv me a chance to prepare the proposal of my concept and their aso prepare for their concept’s proposal… Since they let me to do it, so I m trying my best to do the proposal as well as I can, one of the member helping me to do it too... That time I actually quite scare I m the one that slow down their work… fortunate everything is fine……lecture aso ok wit our final concept too~! Therefore v start to sketch and marker rendering based on our final concept and personal concept..Since some of my marker no ink, so I bought some markers to do for my marker rendering.
Since v r not interior design so v dunno wat material is suitable and where to buy the material too... after weilyn had ask her fren, v noe tat kepong there has a shop tat selling this kind of material ..v bought some material at art shop and some at classic art too …after v bought all the material v want, v start to work on the model. b4 the day want to pass up, all of us din slp and keep complete the finishing of the model at hostel… Eekim and yan wei are the one really work hard doin the model…almost 3 days din slp well?? And the funny part is Chin eng very “gik hei “on doing the bar of cafe using straw =P…make me keep on laughing!!! =D
YES! No bad comments bt good comments on our recyclable concept café model!!!
After v done the exhibit design presentation, v need to deco our booth for commercial design at sport complex…When v enter sport complex… advertising course ppl are on the half way deco their booth....and v stil din prepare well for it.no material; no idea!.…><” no use waiting there, so v go art shop to buy the material v need to use …and continue the NEXT day…
